Vacation Carry over
Carry over is a requirement in Canada
Capped at 1.75x accural allotment
Once you reach maximum carry over
Carry over will freeze
Employees based out of Canada will be permitted to carry over vacation and personal days up to a maximum of 1.75 times their current accrual allotment (“Maximum Accrual”). Once an employee reaches Maximum Accrual, that employee will no longer accrue additional vacation days until the balance of available vacation and personal days falls below the Maximum Accrual.
