Employees can choose from Basic plan, which is 100% paid by the company, but the coverage is 20% and with larger health spending account credits.  Or Comprehensive plan, which is paid by you at an attractive group insurance rate and the coverage is 80% with lower health spending account credits.

Some highlights to our plan:

• $1000 per year maximum to psychologist (includes registered counsellors; social workers, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, and clinical counsellors)
• $1000 per year coverage for all paramedical practitioners combined
• $500 per year maximum for speech therapy
• $5000 combined lifetime maximum for fertility drugs and treatments
• $10,000 annual maximum and $50,000 life time maximum for transgender core coverage
