You automatically receive company-paid Life Insurance coverage equal to your annual basic earnings. You also receive company-paid Life Insurance coverage of $10,000 for your spouse and $5,000 for each dependent child (as applicable).
You can purchase additional Optional Life Insurance for yourself of 1 x or 2 x your annual basic earnings plus 2 year average commission earnings. The premiums for this coverage are based on your age and are shown on the online enrollment tool. If you choose Optional coverage for the first time or choose an amount that is higher than your existing coverage, you must provide proof of health by completing a Health Statement form.
